SMS Established Safety & Sustainability Project to local Institute, Encouraging Sustainable Development

March 11th, 2021, Siam Quality Starch Co.,Ltd (Chaiyaphum) partners with Baan Nong Waeng School, established “The 4th Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health project”. Led the project by Mrs. Wandee Akarawongwichit (Logistics and Warehouse Manager, SQS Co., Ltd) and Mr. Somsak Keawpetch (The Director of School), having Mr. Nontari Wongkiem (Chaiyaphum Provincial Labour Protection and Welfare Office) as the principal of the opening ceremony. The activity is divided into 2 sections; Safety & Sustainability orientation and Maintenance & Repair Volunteering. It included renovating dwellings, electric systems, public playgrounds, convention halls, traffic signs painting, as well as waste separation. The purpose of the project is to encourage safety behavior in societies and promote sustainable development. The company looks forwards to supporting education, wellbeing, and sustainability in our communities.
