SMS Joined the Global MSME CONVENTION for Plastic Industry, INDIA

November 16-17th 2022, Dr. Siwarutt Boonyanatanakalin (Assistant Innovation Director of SMS Group) as representative of Thailand Bioplastic Industry Association (TBIA) and Dr. Tuangporn Tukomane (Senior Regional Sales Manager of SMS) attended.

The objectives of the event are to develop and raise awareness of bioplastic usage, expand the market opportunities, network for supporting policies, and commit for actions.

‘Thailand Bioplastic Industry Association look forward to promoting the use of bioplastic in the bigger scale, emphasizing the solutions to encounter plastic waste in the societies’ Dr. Siwarutt highlighted. There were more than 200 participants from micro, small and medium enterprises attended, sharing raw materials and innovation to drive forward bioplastic product into the practical use in bigger scale both domestically and internationally.
