February 25th, SMS and Big Deal Ingredient exhibited the booth at Puget Sound IFT, in Puget Sound, Seattle, WA, USA. Big Deal ingredients is an ingredient Broker that focuses on value added, clean label Ingredients combined with technical support in ingredient solutions in America and Canada.

We showcased the starch innovation for clean label, specialty, thickening and texturizing solutions and highlighted innovative starches for free-from food such as gelatin-free confectionery, gluten-free baked goods.
