SMS Highlighted TAPIOPLAST®, the Raw Material for Sustainable Products at Plastic & Rubber Thailand 2023 Seminar 
May 10th, 2023 Thai Bioplastic Industry Association (TBIA) and Informa Market hosted the seminar ‘Plastic & Rubber Thailand 2023’ by having Mr. Viboon Pungprasert (the director of TBIA) as the guest of honor in this event. At the seminar, there were many interesting topics from many key contacts in the bioplastic industry. SMS Group as a member of TBIA has joined as a speaker on the topic ‘TAPIOPLAST® the functional thermoplastic starch resin for bioplastic product’ by Dr. Tuangporn Tukomane (Sr. Regional Sales Manager).
Starting with the 5 main roles of TPS which are composability, compatibility, bio-content, mechanical properties, and physical properties. TAPIOPLAST® can be produced for various types of bio-degradable products including shopping bags, garbage bags, mulch film, and straws.
