The seminar “Smart Choice for the Elderly Food” under NSTDA-Science Tour

Feb 13th SMS Corporation Co., Ltd has arranged the seminar under the topic “Smart Choice for the Elderly Food” at Chiang Mai International Exhibition and Convention Centre under NSTDA Science Tour. At the station, Dr. Burachat Sritongtae (Assistant Food Innovation Manager), Ms. Ajima Panada (Business Development) from SMS and Dr. Chaiwut Gamonpilas (Senior Researcher from National Metal and Materials Technology Center - MTEC) have instructed about the challenge and innovation for elderly food in the market and also arranged elderly food workshop which are available for 60 participants. The workshop was set to learn how innovative thickener, HI-PERSE^TM CLEAR, can help enhance texture for the elderly food in many typical recipes.

The highlight was that participants had joined to cook their own Puree Chicken Teriyaki with pumpkin & carrot by having our food expertise coaching alongside.
