The operation of SMS during the COVID-19 pandemic

The Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic is greatly impacting and accelerating through more than 190 countries and territories. SMS corporation, as a part of the supply chain for many essential businesses, is fully aware of this emergency crisis and has implemented a number of policies to ensure the continuity of supply to our customers and to protect our staff and customers during this time.  We have organized a work from home model for office staff and elevated safety and hygiene measures for all staff to practice not only at work place but also in daily living.  Our productions at all 3 plants, warehousing, and logistics remain operating under close collaboration with government authorities to ensure continuity of the supply chain.

During our work from home, we are reachable via mobile phone, chat application, or e-mail as usual.  We appreciate your support and apologize in advance for any possible delays in daily operation which now must take into account the health and safety of our staff and families during this hard time.
